Cancellation & Refund policy

If you need to cancel your booking with Travelers-taxi.com, kindly provide us with at least 4 hours' notice via email. Be informed that there will be a 10% administration/transaction charge per journey upon cancellation. Once you have sent us your cancellation request, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive any confirmation, it means that we have not received your cancellation request. In this case, please call our hotline or send us a text message at +44 7947800972. However, please note that we do not issue refunds for pre-paid journeys if the passenger did not show up. And for cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice, refunds are also not possible. If you have any other concerns regarding a possible refund, please contact us directly through our customer services hotline or email.
